Students/veterans studying in their home schools in the United States may opt to study abroad for up to two semesters utilizing their Post 9/11 GI Bill. The US Department of Veterans Affairs has issued important clarifications of their policies that may enable veterans to apply their GI Bill benefits to help cover the cost of studying abroad. The VA has authorized GI Bill recipients to use their benefits to study abroad under certain circumstances. Please review this GI Bill study Abroad Fact Sheet to determine whether you are eligible.
