Phuong-Mai Nguyen involves in diverse research projects. Her research interests include Neuroscience, Diversity Management, Asian corporate culture, Middle East and Islamic culture, Face-work negotiation, and Instructional Design. She sits on several research advisory boards, including ELLTA (Leadership and Learning in the Asian century).

Phuong-Mai Nguyen holds a Master in Educational Science and Curriculum Design from Twente University, and a PhD in Intercultural Communication from Utrecht University, The Netherlands.  She recently completed a MSc in Applied Neuroscience from King’s College, London, U.K. With her own company Culture Move, she works closely to many businesses and companies to whom she delivers tailor-made training programs.
